Io me ne accorgo perchè mi arrivano messaggi da postmaster che mi dicono che ad alcuni miei contatti non è stato recapitato... e poi guardo nella "Posta inviata" e c'è una serie di messaggi uguali che io non ho inviato!!!!
Come posso fare a farlo smettere???

che prende il controllo della vostra casella email e invia spam a i vostri contatti 
keko il programma che hai usato, o hai cercato di usare, è inutile, in quanto filtra la posta in entrata e non quella in uscita 
) quindi non volendo, potresti averlo infettato nuovamente semplicemente collegando qualche periferica...
